Finger food upon arrival

  • Smoked salmon roses with a dill and citrus creamed cheese
  • Prawns and spicy grilled chorizo skewers
  • Prawn mousse topped with fresh herbs
  • Rosemary and garlic marinated Morganbury beef skewers

Entrée – your choice of

  • Cold Seafood Platter, Prawns, Moreton bay bug, natural oysters and smoked salmon served with fresh fruit and homemade cocktail sauce, or
  • Nicks homemade Italian Antipasto, selection of dried meats and cheeses; with homemade marinated and pickled vegetables and olives, served with crispy Italian wood fire bread.

Mains – your choice of

  • Mustard and sage roast pork with crackling and homemade red wine jus, served with roasted tableland vegetables and apple sauce; or
